Thomas R. Steele is a Senior Associate Attorney with Robinson Farthing Spandau Williams, where he focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law, and real estate matters. A native of Southern Indiana, Mr. Steele earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Evansville and his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. Steele is passionate about helping individuals and families create estate plans that reflect their unique goals and protect what matters most to them. He works closely with clients to develop customized wills, trusts, and other planning strategies while making complex legal issues understandable and approachable. He also has extensive experience guiding families through probate and trust administration, helping them navigate the estate settlement process with efficiency and care.

In addition to his estate planning practice, Mr. Steele advises clients on business law and real estate matters, providing practical, well-rounded counsel on a broad range of legal issues that often intersect with estate planning.

Mr. Steele is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois. He is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis and the Indiana State Bar Association. He is also a former member of the Goodwill Young Leaders Board, the Carmel Rotary Club, and the Fortune Chapter of Business Networking International.

Mr. Steele lives in Hamilton County with his wife and their two young sons. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and avidly rooting for the Tennessee Titans.
