Mason H. Hiatt, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Mason H. Hiatt is an Associate Attorney at Robinson Farthing Spandau Williams, where he focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, and business and real estate transactions. Originally from Lapel, Indiana, Mason graduated with high distinction from the Indiana University Bloomington O'Neill School. He went on to earn his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2022.

In his estate planning and probate practice, Mason works closely with clients to craft effective plans that reflect their goals and family dynamics. His work includes drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and other key planning documents. Mason also represents personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts, offering guidance during what is often a difficult time in their lives.

Beyond his work in trusts and estates, Mason serves businesses and closely held companies on a range of transactional and corporate matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, and business succession planning. He strives to offer legal advice that is not only sound but also aligned with the client’s long-term vision for growth.

Mason is licensed to practice in all Indiana state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association and currently serves on the board of the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council.

​

Outside of work, Mason lives in Hamilton County with his wife. He remains strongly connected to his Hoosier roots and is passionate about helping people across Indiana protect what matters most.
