Andrew J. Rafalko, J.D.

Andrew J. Rafalko is a Juris Doctor with Robinson Farthing Spandau Williams. Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He later returned home to Indiana and earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

During law school, Andrew developed a particular interest in tax law, estate planning, and business law. His academic and professional experience included extensive research and analysis of federal and state tax matters, including issues involving the taxation of individuals and businesses, tax credits, deductions, and other tax-planning considerations.

At Robinson Farthing Spandau Williams, Andrew assists the firm's attorneys with estate planning, business, tax, and related matters. He approaches his work with an emphasis on careful research, attention to detail, and practical solutions. Andrew particularly enjoys working through complex legal and tax issues and helping develop strategies that account for both a client's immediate needs and long-term goals.

A lifelong Hoosier, Andrew is happy to be back in Central Indiana and beginning his legal career in the community where he grew up. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and cheering on both UNC and IU football and basketball.
